DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF E.U. REGULATION 679/2016
The provision of this data is the fundamental prerequisite for organizing guided tours and events. If someone requests a guided tour without consenting to the processing of this data, the Research Center will be unable to continue processing such a request. The legal basis for the processing of this data are Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b ("processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract") and Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c der GDPR ("processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject"). The processing of this data is limited to the duration of the organization of the guided tour. The data processing can extend beyond this time-span in order to fulfill statutory regulations. You have the right to apply to the controller for access to your data and to correct or delete the data. You also have the right to demand the limitation of the processing or to decline the processing of the data. You can also apply for the transfer of the data to a different controller. If you are of the opinion that your data has been processed in an unlawful manner, you have the right to submit a complaint to the competent official authority. The personal data submitted by the user shall be used solely by authorized personnel of the Research Center for the purpose of gathering necessary information and organizing guided tours. The participants' data (e.g., first name, last name) can be transmitted to third parties who are involved in organizing the guided tours.
